Saturday evening it was the band KENT, the band’s, last concert. They did it with style. New and old songs. Some that even are not my favorites. Around 3-4 songs were sad and I got tears. Especially one song about someone fading away, since it was so close to our friends funeral. The death is very much present in their texts and they had chosen songs with death theme to the consert. Considering they have promoted the concert as a funeral with a parade and everything. People have been able to go on a memorial service in church too. There they sang KENT-songs. Well, the theme goes right through all that has happened. I filmed a lot of the concert. So I can show it to my friends, if I could upload them on YouTube, I would, but it’s not allowed to do with music. Well. It was a good concert and they used dots to light up the audience at times. Blue and red dots. Then we had the candle light effect when people turned on their mobile lights. It was a special feeling.
One bad thing was however a man who was too drunk to walk in stairs. He crashed into me, so I fell partly forward to the one in front of me. I was sitting in my seat. Then the drunk person tried to say sorry. I screamed to him to fucking leave. He was spoiling the intro. Blocking my view by not going wherever it was going. What a person! I told him very impolitely to go away, he had done enough damage. I asked him if he wanted to kill people? I said I wasn’t ready to die at a concert. You shouldn’t walk with drinks and be drunk in darkness, just saying. You don’t have clear visual at such a point. I have a slight injury from that, not that much, but enough in my back. I was annoyed, but didn’t let that take over my feelings. I later on got annoyed with my partner. I was filming and my partner moved its body too much, bumping into me with the knee, making my camera shake. I told it to stop. Some annoyment.
Otherwise, set the annoyment aside. The songs they played were happy and some sad. The songs are so complicated. Interesting. They have always been. My partner has counted how many KENT concerts it had been to and said I was a bit further from that.
The camera memory cards didn’t lack this time, however the battery capacity didn’t last all concert. I don’t have an extra battery for that camera. But I had two cameras, so I just continued on the other.
The concert was good. The sound was perfect, not too much. The imaging, as usual made us thinking. They always have some kind of idea it seems. So with that said, their texts are complicated. At the concert the singer Jocke said that now there is space on stage for someone else.
